Kansas City, Missouri – Dialectic is engineering a better experience across the country, amplifying its presence in Denver with a new office, a new service line and a key hire.
The mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering firm has strengthened its foothold in the Centennial State with a new office in Denver, adding Senior Mechanical Engineer Brad Eisenbarth to its team. A licensed professional engineer with expertise in project management, mechanical engineering, BIM technologies and process improvement, Eisenbarth will lead business development, client engagement and office management in the firm’s Denver office.
“2020 was a successful year for our employee-owned company. Our team is driven by strong communication and collaboration, resulting in the tremendous work product Dialectic is known for,” said CEO Greg Trees. “We’re thrilled to be planting stronger roots in Denver and we’re proud to have Brad leading the charge.”
While Covid-19 impacted a number of companies in a wide array of industries, Dialectic flourished in spite of the work from home shift, experiencing a 7% increase in revenue last year. The 2020 Kansas City Business Journal Best Places to Work winner hired 5 new employees and expanded its client list within its distribution, mixed-use, multifamily and retail/restaurant verticals, and most recently added cannabis to its robust portfolio of MEP design work.
Headquartered in Kansas City with offices in Austin and Denver, Dialectic is a full-service MEP design and consulting firm providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering design services nationwide. Last year—after three decades of leadership—firm Founder Chris Larson announced his retirement, ushering in a new era for the firm.
Trees, along with COO Joe Hillebrenner and CBO Marcus Howell, bring decades of combined expertise to the firm’s C-suite, building upon Dialectic’s strong reputation in the design community.
“We’re living proof that great design doesn’t have to come at the expense of a great culture. We’re redefining what it means to be an engineering firm, and we’re proud to continue delivering that same quality service in Denver and beyond,” Trees added.
