  • Systems Administrator - Kansas City, Missouri

    The Systems Administrator will support a network comprised of various end user operating systems (primarily Windows 10), local servers (Windows), Switches, SonicWall firewalls, Office 365 and remote workers. This individual must have strong problem-solving skills. Minimal travel required for training and in support of satellite workers.

    Responsible for serving as the lead and escalation point for desktop systems software and hardware, and network infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include:

        • Oversee the processes for deployment, maintenance and support for all implemented hardware, software and operating systems
        • Rapidly respond to emergency situations and participate in 24/7 on-call support
        • Handle daily break/fix configuration issues, software installation and hardware repairs
        • Research and implement fixes for new issues
        • Update and add system administration procedures documentation

  • Plumbing Designer II - Kansas City, Missouri

    The Plumbing Designer II requires five (5) years of relevant design experience within the plumbing design discipline. This individual independently evaluates, selects and applies standard plumbing design techniques and procedures using judgment in making minor adaptions and modifications. Assignments have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables. This position is provided supervision, continuous improvement, and training through co-design.

    Responsible for designing building plumbing systems for the commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, institutional and food service industries. Assessment of existing or new project conditions is required, and this individual shall be capable of applying this information in the design. This position requires communication with Clients and Project Managers for coordination of design criteria. Specific tasks include:

        • Mastering of Engineer I duties and responsibilities
        • Participate in selection process for basic plumbing systems
        • Perform calculations using procedures described in ASPE Handbooks and recognized software suites
        • Project profile includes prototype development, non-prototype projects
        • Selecting plumbing systems and sizing
        • Drawing layout and organization
        • Basic specification writing or editing
        • Communicate with landlord, outside consultants and authority-having-jurisdiction regarding code review comments
        • Along with the Project Manager and other members of the design team, communicate directly with owner or client regarding plumbing design issues

    The End User Support Specialist requires three (3) to four (4) years of work experience. The objective is to provide support to users of various desktop applications such as Microsoft, Office 365, AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam. Ability to multi-task and support high level of troubleshooting user issues via telephone and remote applications is required.

    Responsible for operating the IT help desk and providing phone support, diagnosing complex, unique internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. Additional responsibilities include:
