    Dialectic Engineering is seeking a Payroll and Benefit Administrator to join our talented team. This position is responsible for payroll processing, benefit administration, data entry and report generation. This is a dual role that will partner with both the Accounting and HR Team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Completes semi-monthly payroll and one-off payroll cycles in Paylocity Payroll Software.
    • Runs payroll reports and reconciles payroll deductions each payroll period.
    • Reconciles employee hours against time analysis in accounting system.
    • Creates and maintains payroll process documents. Ensures that any changes in the payroll process are updated timely.
    • Researches new states and completes the forms necessary to process payroll for remote employees.

    The Plumbing Designer requires minimum of two (2) years of relevant design experience within the plumbing design discipline. This individual independently evaluates, selects and applies standard plumbing design techniques and procedures using judgment in making minor adaptions and modifications. Assignments have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables.     Responsible for designing building plumbing systems for the commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, institutional and food service industries. This position requires communication with Clients and Project Managers for coordination of design criteria.

    • Designs plumbing systems for all retail establishment types, small schools (elementary and middle), restaurants, small office buildings less than 75,000 sq. ft. and under five (5) floors

    The Site Assessment Technician is responsible for assessing and documenting the existing site conditions so that the design team is set up for success. This team member will need previous experience completing site surveys (MEP and/or Construction experience is a plus!)
