    POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge/Receptionist is responsible for answering the main phone line, taking care of receiving all visitors and deliveries by providing excellent customer service and being the first impression of the company. This position reports to the Director, Human Resources, and is in the Crossroads, Kansas City, MO.    

    SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

    • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, keeping the lobby area clean and tidy.
    • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
    • Creating FedEx labels and packages, arranged pickups.
    • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming FedEx, UPS, and Amazon deliveries.

    • MIS Degree, Preferred
    • Microsoft (MCSE, MCITP, MCSA) and VMware certifications, preferred.
    • Autodesk Licensing, preferred.
    • CompTIA Security+ certification or other security certifications, highly desired.
