Our firm’s name reflects our approach to MEP design.
We focus on communication and collaboration with our clients and project partners which includes architects, structural and civil engineers, and contractors. When we design a space, we’re focused on “how” a person interacts within the space and want to understand the creative decisions that contribute to a project’s development. We believe through active, effective communication we can ensure project success.
At Dialectic, we believe continuous improvement is one of the keys to our success. We take the knowledge we gain from each engineering project and use it in future projects. Over the past 30 years we have come to understand the importance of tightly managing budgets, time constraints, code compliance and permitting to ensure the success of a project.
