Taking steps to minimize COVID-19 risk

Taking steps to minimize COVID-19 risk

As the spread of COVID-19 continues, we want to reassure you that we have implemented CDC-recommended policies and procedures designed to protect the health of our employee-owners and avoid disruption of service. This includes our decision to work remotely through at least Friday, March 20. We have a pre-existing remote work policy and the infrastructure and tools in place to work remotely. Our teams are well-prepared for remote work situations.

Here are the steps we’ve taken so far:

  1. All non-essential travel has been canceled. Conferences we were scheduled to attend have also been canceled.
  2. All staff working remotely have taken their workstations home with them and have access to all company projects.
  3. All work product and schedules are currently being maintained.

As always in our industry, safety is of utmost importance. Closing our offices is the right decision for safeguarding the health of our employee-owners and our community. We also feel it’s the responsible thing to do to mitigate the burden on our local healthcare professionals.

Although we don’t anticipate any interruption to the high level of service you’ve come to expect from Dialectic, we will maintain ongoing communication with you as this global health crisis continues to rapidly evolve.
