Dialectic named 2020 Best Place to Work by Kansas City Business Journal

Kansas City, Missouri – Dialectic Engineering was named one of Kansas City Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work.” The annual workplace survey measures employee engagement, communication, manager effectiveness, team dynamics, trust in leadership and more.

“We’re honored to be selected for this award and to stand among so many of Kansas City’s leading companies as a Best Place to Work,” said CEO Greg Trees. “Great design doesn’t have to come at the expense of a great culture. We’re redefining what it means to work for an engineering firm, and our employees are a proud part of that.”

Dialectic is one of 10 companies honored in the small business category (51-100 employees), and the top three companies in each category will receive special recognition this fall.
